Job Description:
The Canadian Wrap Company is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and handling various clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
