Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The successful candidate will work on a one-to-one basis with the CEO, providing support in various administrative tasks. Personal Assistant responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills and be able to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.

Expected salary: $36.33 – 45.42 per hour
