Job Description
Commercial Finance Manager
Our client, a well-established and successful manufacturing company, is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager with a proven track record in business partnering, financial planning, and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial decision-making, supporting growth initiatives, and developing a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Business partnering with various stakeholders to provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
– Developing and maintaining financial models to support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
– Analyzing and interpreting business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
– Identifying and driving process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and analysis
– Leading and developing a team of finance professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality financial insights and analysis
– Supporting strategic decision-making through the provision of financial analysis and evaluation of opportunities
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
– Working closely with the senior leadership team to drive business performance and financial results
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– CPA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
– Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on commercial finance
– Proven experience in business partnering and providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
– Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
