Job Description: Retail Merchandiser

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays, stocking shelves, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Set up displays according to merchandising guidelines
– Stock shelves and ensure all products are properly labeled
– Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
– Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for improving merchandise placement
– Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff

Qualifications:
– Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
