Job Description

Our company is seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering queries and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing any inquiries they may have
– Provide information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and delivery options
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
– Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up to date
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment

Qualifications:
