Commercial Managers at Graham are responsible for reviewing requests for proposals and bids, with a focus on infrastructure projects in the transportation, water, and project finance sectors. Job Description

A well-established company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, manage and execute all stages of the project lifecycle
– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
– Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
– Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
– Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
– Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
– Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
– Track project milestones and deliverables
– Conduct project performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field
– Proven working experience in project management
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and leadership abilities
– Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
– PMP certification is a plus
