The BC Buildings Project Coordinators report to a Project Manager and assist with scheduling, monitoring and updating schedules, as well as assisting with drawings and drawing records. They also regularly review progress with the Project Manager.
Position: Executive Chef

Location: Vancouver, BC

Our client, a popular restaurant in Vancouver, is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and training kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining food quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
– Develop and update menu items
– Train and supervise kitchen staff
– Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
– Manage food costs and inventory
– Create seasonal menu offerings
– Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial goals

Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in a similar role
– Culinary degree or equivalent experience
– Knowledge of food safety regulations
