Job Description:
Our company is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at a reputable hotel in Toronto. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling reservations, managing customer inquiries, and balancing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
– Conducting the check-in and check-out process
– Managing reservations and answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Balancing and reconciling financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
– Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service position
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
