Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at Leo’s Fine Jewelry. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
– Provide product knowledge and advice to customers
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Meet or exceed sales targets
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Merchandising and visual display of products
– Participate in store events and promotions
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
– Previous retail sales experience is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent customer service skills
– Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is an asset
– Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
