Position: Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 a year

Job Type: Permanent

Our client is seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator to join their team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
– Coordinate transportation and logistics activities for incoming and outgoing shipments
– Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipment schedules
– Communicate with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products
– Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process
– Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
– Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations
– Assist with inventory management and cycle counting activities
– Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
