We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.
