Job description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
– Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for staff members
– Assist with special projects as needed
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– 2+ years of experience in office administration
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
