Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fundraising and Donor Relations Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing fundraising campaigns, coordinating events, cultivating relationships with donors, and developing strategies to increase donations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute fundraising campaigns to meet revenue goals
– Coordinate fundraising events and maintain event schedules
– Prepare marketing materials to promote campaigns and events
– Track and analyze fundraising data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
– Develop and maintain relationships with donors through personalized communication and stewardship efforts
– Collaborate with team members to create strategies to engage donors and increase donations
– Provide administrative support for fundraising initiatives, including managing donor databases and processing donations
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in fundraising or donor relations
