Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries
– Process customer orders and input them into the system
– Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
