Description:

Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and returns
– Investigating and resolving customer complaints
