Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, or in person
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
– Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with network configuration
– Help users with password resets and account setup
– Document and track technical issues and resolutions
– Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed
– Stay current on industry trends and developments in IT support
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
– Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems
– Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
