Job Description:

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
– Develop project schedules and budgets
– Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
– Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
– Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
– Prepare and present project reports to management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
– Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
– Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
