Janssen-Ortho Inc. is looking for a Senior MSL Manager in Immunology to oversee a team of MSLs across Canada who provide scientific and research support to healthcare professionals. The Senior MSL Manager will lead, mentor, and develop the MSL team.
Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Process customer orders accurately
– Resolve customer complaints or issues
– Document customer interactions and transactions
– Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Detail-oriented and organized
