Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage office supply inventory
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficient in MS Office suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
