Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations, and maintaining accurate and complete study documentation. The successful candidate will have a background in clinical research, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage clinical research studies according to protocol and regulatory requirements
– Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants
– Obtain informed consent from study participants
– Collect and maintain study data and documentation
– Communicate with study sponsors, investigators, and study participants
– Ensure compliance with protocol, regulations, and quality standards
– Assist with study budget and financial management
– Participate in study team meetings and trainings
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination
– Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulations
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience with electronic data capture systems is an asset
