Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The role involves answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
– Providing information about products, services, and promotions
– Processing orders and managing customer accounts
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
