  • Report to the Chief Growth Officer, and develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and new revenue for Kameleoon North America.
  • Guide and execute multi-channel marketing and growth strategy for Kameleoon in North America.
  • Work with the Chief Growth Officer to manage and set the yearly marketing calendars and budgets.
  • Set and oversee the execution of paid acquisition strategies for SEM/SEA and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketers to achieve annual growth goals.
  • Liaise and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation and management of organic content and SEO to grow brand thought leadership, audience engagement, and scale traffic.
  • Liaise with regional and corporate marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and execute global marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media management to drive brand awareness and elevate share of voice through content creation and community engagement.
  • Organize and oversee the execution of branded and external field marketing events, including Kameleoon’s flagship branded event, Experimentation UNITE.
  • Review, recommend and ensure all design collateral for Kameleoon is on-brand and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Support team building and recruitment initiatives.

What a day may look like for this role…

  • You catch up with your team of marketers to ensure projects are on track, troubleshoot issues, and work to remove any roadblocks that have surfaced.
  • Report on key marketing KPIs and metrics including demo requests, leads, MQLs, and traffic and audience metrics. Flagging performance and ability to meet goals.
  • Review and strategize demand generation campaigns including SEA/SEM and paid social (LinkedIn).
  • Connect with Corporate Marketing and leadership teams to provide metric status updates and review paid advertising campaigns.
  • Review and approve story briefs and article drafts; helping your team manage and execute the editorial calendar.
  • Oversee the execution of online and offline events, including promotional campaigns and event logistics.
  • You review design mock-ups to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Work with the Chief Growth Officer to Ideate creative marketing initiatives to position Kameleoon as a best-of-breed experimentation solution in North America.
  • You engage with the community of experimentation thought leaders and influencers, ideating new campaigns to align the Kameleoon brand with the pedigree of top industry voices and minds.

This position may be a good fit if you…

  • Resident of Canada and/or Visa to work in Canada
  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or similar industry.
  • Are interested in experiment-led growth (ELG), a/b testing, feature management, and personalization
  • Have experience successfully inspiring and managing a remote team
  • Experience in digital marketing including SEO, demand generation, and paid advertising on Google and LinkedIn.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can juggle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Know Hubspot inside and out.
  • Are excited about the idea of joining a new North American team of a European-based company.
  • Possess a positive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong go-to-market experience or experience in a scale-up environment.
