Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Define project goals and deliverables
– Develop project plans and schedules
– Coordinate project resources and assign tasks
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
– Manage project budget and expenses
– Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates
– Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
– Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in IT project management
– PMP certification preferred
– Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
