Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to the office.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
