Job Description:

Our client, a growing retail company, is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Mississauga. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

– Provides HR support to the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
– Administers HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
– Maintains accurate employee records and prepares necessary HR reports.
– Assists with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
– Acts as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
