Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, as well as assist with general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet and assist visitors
– Sort and distribute incoming mail
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with data entry and filing
– Perform general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
