Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the flow of products from acquiring raw materials to delivering finished products to customers. This role will involve working closely with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
– Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
– Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
– Work with production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
– Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
– Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or related field
– Previous experience in supply chain coordination or related role
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain management
