JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Retail Store Manager to join their team. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

– Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising employees
– Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
– Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
– Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Work collaboratively with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right products
– Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment
