Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders
– Process returns and exchanges
