Field Marketing Representatives will work for a prominent marketing agency in Canada, representing a well-known and trusted brand. They will be responsible for educating customers about the brand’s products and services, as well as potentially offering promotions or discounts to drive sales in-store. Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $15 – $18 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. The Customer Service Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
– Providing information about products and services to customers
– Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Processing customer orders and coordinating with other departments as needed
– Maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer information as necessary
– Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and working to resolve any customer issues promptly
– Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service experience
– Assisting with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
– High school diploma or equivalent
