Job Description:

Leisure Sports, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Recreation Manager to join our team in Niagara, ON, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recreational facilities and activities offered by our company.

Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement, and oversee recreational programs and activities for all age groups
– Manage and schedule staff to ensure proper coverage during operating hours
– Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
– Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to promote and support recreational programs
– Create and manage budgets for recreational programs and activities
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recreational offerings

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recreation management software
– CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
