Our client, a well-established retail company, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead their team in Eastern Ontario. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets
– Motivate and lead a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service
– Ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently
– Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
– Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively

Requirements:
