Job Description

Position: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients both over the phone and via email. You will help to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services
– Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining customer records and updating databases
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience
