Job Description:

– Build and strengthen customer loyalty by building relationships with your customers

– Assist customers in applying products to achieve their desired look

– Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

– Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs

– Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional, friendly manner

– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry

– Maintain a clean and organized work environment by restocking products, cleaning, and sanitizing regularly

– Participate in training and education sessions to continue learning and growing in your role

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in beauty sales or related field preferred

– Excellent customer service and communication skills

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
