Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task effectively, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls
– Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of experience in a similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
