Job Description

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:
– Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications:

– Proficient computer skills

– Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
