Job Description:

– Develop leads and appointments for marketing strategies through networking, referrals, cold calling, and door-to-door sales
– Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
– Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients, often covering a variety of risks
– Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have the appropriate coverage
– Calculate premiums and establish payment methods
– Resolve client inquiries and concerns
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development
– Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
– Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
– Stay current on industry trends and legislation
– Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
