Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 a year

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in handling commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to managing project timelines, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise all onsite construction activities
– Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
– Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other project team members
– Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure success
– Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
– Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address concerns
– Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
– 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
– Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
