Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 a year

Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced Property Manager to oversee our residential and commercial properties in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
– Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
– Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, concerns, and lease agreements
– Ensure properties are maintained to high standards and in compliance with regulations and safety standards
– Collect and track rent payments, and handle financial responsibilities such as budgeting and reporting
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
– Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships
– Address any legal and compliance issues as they arise

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
– Strong knowledge of property management practices and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks
– Strong financial management and budgeting skills
– Proficiency in property management software
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
– Proven ability to handle and resolve tenant disputes and conflicts
