Job Description:

HR Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in all areas of human resources management and will be responsible for:

– Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
– Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
– Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary
– Developing and implementing performance management systems to help employees reach their full potential
– Providing coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters
– Overseeing the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages
– Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations
– Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office programs
