Construction Project Manager

TBD Construction is seeking a reliable and highly organized Construction Project Manager to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
– Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
– Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
– Review and approve project plans and specifications
– Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
– Manage project resources and equipment effectively
– Communicate project updates and status reports to senior management
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
– Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
– Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
