The job is for a Manager position at the Digital Transformation Lab (DTL TAC) for a full-time role. The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to supervise the internal team at the lab.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Key responsibilities include:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
– Resolving customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude
– Processing orders and managing customer accounts accurately
– Providing product information and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions
– Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
