Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Qualifications:
– High school diploma/GED required
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Familiarity with CRM systems and procedures
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
