Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the premises of our hotel. You will perform maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of hotel facilities.

Responsibilities:
– Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
– Repair and maintain various hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
– Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as painting, flooring, carpentry, and landscaping
– Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner
– Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify and resolve issues
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure outstanding guest experience
– Comply with safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Keep maintenance logs and records of performed repairs and tasks

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
– Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
– Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
– Ability to handle and operate maintenance tools and equipment
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Good physical condition and strength to handle manual labor tasks
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus
