Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Processing customer orders and returns
– Maintaining customer records and ensuring accurate data entry

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
