Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and availability
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
– Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Detail-oriented and organized
