Job Description
Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to handle various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
– Manage employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and leave programs
– Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain HR records, including employee files and documentation
– Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
– Provide support to the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in human resources
– Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
