Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to staff members, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting and assisting visitors
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Filing and organizing documents
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Providing support to staff as needed
– Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
