Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $17.50 – $20/hour

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
– Provide product information and assistance to customers
– Process orders and handle returns
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
