Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
– Ensure that hotel operations comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards
– Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity
– Create and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and other key stakeholders
– Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success
